| Clause 1: Seller Identification Verelec LLC with a capital stock of 7,500.00 Euros Address : 11, place Stalingrad, 33100 BORDEAUX, FRANCE RCS : 442 729 026 000 17 Email : contact@verelec.net Clause 2: Law applicable – Disputes The transactions are governed in all respects by French law. Contractual information are presented in French and products offered for sale comply with French regulations. Should the case arise, the foreign client needs to verify with local authorities of the possibilities to use the product that he wishes to purchase; Verelec would assume no responsibility in case of failure to comply with a foreign country regulations when the product is delivered. In the event of a dispute, the only competent court will be Grenoble Court. Clause 3: Products presentation The characteristics of products offered for sale are presented on the product descriptions. Pictures are not contractual. Verelec cannot be held responsible in case of errors. All texts and images presented on the website are reserved, for the entire world, according to copyrights and intellectual property; their reproduction, integral or partial, is strictly forbidden. Clause 4: Period of validity Products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order of a product that became unavailable, the client will be informed of this unavailability by mail or email as quickly as possible. Clause 5: Products prices Products descriptions indicate tax-inclusive prices in Euros, but don’t include shipping costs. The VAT amount is specified on the invoice and shipping costs appear on the screen after all products have been selected. Verelec reserves the right to modify prices at any time but products ordered are subject to prices in effect during the order registration. Clause 6: Order The client validates his order when he clicks on “Order confirmation” at the bottom of the “Order summary” page; he then accepts the order process and the present conditions of sale. Verelec sends a confirmation email; this confirmation notably resumes all order details. Data recorded by Verelec constitute a proof of the nature, the content and the order date. It is archived by Verelec; the client can access those data by contacting the Customer Service. Clause 7: Payment Payment can be made by credit card or cheque accompanied by the Pro Forma invoice. This invoice appears on the client screen after the order confirmation. The client only needs to print it and send it along with his check to Verelec. Clause 8: Delivery The delivery of available products takes, for Mainland France, about 10 days after Verelec receives payment. Deliveries are at the customer’s risk. In case of damage or loss the client will need to contact the carrier within three days of delivery, by registered mail. Clause 9: Customer Service For any information, question or complaint, the client can contact Verelec Customer Service, Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm. He will then be reimbursed by Verlec during the course of the month of reception of the return. However, should products be returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, they will not be accepted by Verelec. Clause 11: Protection of Personal Data Nominative Data provided by the client are not transmitted to third parties; they are, except in the case of a specific opposition by the client, integrated in Verelec Clients File. In compliance with the Computer and Liberty Law78-17 dated January 6, 1978, the client can access and modify those data anytime. To exercise this right, the Client simply needs to contact Verelec Customer Service. |
